Coffee
in Ginimao is shade grown. In
addition to ensuring slow and uniform ripening,
the tree cover at the estate is home to
many exotic species of birds and animals.
We make sure that we protect this rich eco-system
in more ways than one, right through the
year.

| |
At
Ginimao, we were the first estate to have
a biogas plant
for the treatment of effluents. The biogas
produced is used as fuel, reducing our dependence
on conventional fuels while ensuring that
the effluents are within permissible limits.
We follow-through with this concern for
being eco-friendly with other processes
such as manual weeding and composting.

Were in the coffee belt. |
| |
Ginimao
is located just right, in terms of
climatic attributes and soil characteristics,
which contribute to great tasting coffee.
The bean is bold, heavy and the cup is well
balanced, with good body, acidity and flavour.

We have a track record. |
| |
We
make sure of consistent quality by first
ensuring homogeneity of plant
material on the estate. Only the best strains
of Arabica and Robusta are planted, after
being extensively tested to satisfy bean
quality, yields and lifecycle.
|
| |
At
Ginimao all production and process areas
get the same focus in terms of quality orientation
to ensure consistency in quality and yields.
